NYPRO Spa values your business and asks that you respect our scheduling policies as a courtesy to fellow clients and to ensure the overall efficiency of service. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, 24 hours notice is necessary for both NYPRO Spa locations. Any cancellations without 24 hour notice will result in a cancellation fee of $40. A scheduled appointment is compliance with this policy and consequent fee.
